Sandy Duncan

Sandy joined the FMB team in February 2025. She was previously a Senior Pension Administrator with Ascensus, working with business owners in managing their retirement plans. With over 40 years of experience in retirement services, Sandy has extensive experience supporting business owners and TPAs in administering complex retirement plans, such as Cash Balance Plans, 401(k)s, etc.

Sandy grew up in a showbiz family, and in her spare time, she enjoys singing (showbiz is in her blood!). She also enjoys sewing and spending time with her family and her three Dobermanns.
